Do you think I hurt my baby by eating this cake?

Question: I'm 37 weeks pregnant and just ate a piece of cake from my baby shower a couple days ago. The cake has been sitting on the counter. It is store bought. After eating it, I wondered what was in it, like milk in the icing. Then sitting on the counter. Now I'm not feeling well, but it's likely all in my head. The baby's moving a lot and I ate it around 3 hours ago.

Answer: maybe if it was rum cake...You should not consume alchool when preygo, unless you want a leotardo baby.
