Why is becoming an Air Traffic Controller hard?

Question: I've heard its hard.. can someone tell me why that is? I have a good memory.. I can make quick decisions.. long hours would not be a problem cause I have insomnia and don't need sleep.. love planes and helping people keep their lives :)

Answer: as long as you can keep your life it's fine. highest suicide rate of any job out there..
